Automate your tasks.
Never run out of credits.

Switch from pay-as-you-go to monthly subscriptions optimised for your needs. Flexible cron priorities, included alerts, and always the option to keep the credit system.

How does billing work?

Step 1

You run your cronjobs

Each cron execution automatically consumes a number of credits based on its maximum duration (timeout).

Step 2

You receive alerts

En cas d'erreur, Webcron peut envoyer des e-mails ou SMS. These alerts also consume credits, only if they are actually sent.

Step 3

An end-of-month invoice

At the end of each month, you receive a detailed invoice with the exact total of your usage. No more, no less.

No subscription

Buy credits on demand. No commitment, no automatic billing.

Pay per use

Credits are deducted only when your crons and alerts actually run.

Fair pricing

Your balance only decreases when your scripts run. Zero consumption = zero charge.

On-demand credits

If you prefer the pay-as-you-go model, credits remain available. They work the same way: each cron consumes a fixed number of credits based on its execution time, and each alert uses a predefined quota.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I exceed my included credits?

Once your subscription credits are used up, your crons keep running by automatically drawing from your on-demand credits, if any. If all credits are exhausted, cron executions stop until you top up or the next month begins.

Can I change plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately, with automatic adjustment of remaining credits and associated limits.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Credits included in a subscription reset each month. On-demand credits, however, never expire and can be used at any time.

Does the Starter plan include API access?

No. API access is reserved for Essential and Pro plans. This keeps Starter very affordable while preserving stability for heavy API usage.

How do priorities (low, medium, high, very high) work?

Priority determines how quickly your cron is placed in the Webcron execution queue.

Low: standard queue, for non-critical tasks
Medium: optimised launch
High: advanced priority (Essential & Pro)
Very high: premium queue, near-instant execution (Pro plan)

Are alerts included in subscriptions?

Yes. They are simply deducted from included credits. Example: 1 email = 4 credits, 1 SMS = 60 credits. No additional charge applies as long as you have credits.

Is the Pro plan at 49 € suitable for a SaaS?

Yes. It is the ideal plan for production applications: large credit pool, very high priority, advanced API and priority support. It can power a multi-tenant SaaS or intensive monitoring.

Can I keep using credits only?

Yes, the credit system remains available. However, once you use Webcron regularly, subscriptions are more cost-effective thanks to a lower cost per credit.
